On this hike, we will visit a recent restoration project to restore bear berry (kinnikinnick) (Arctostaphylos uva-ursi) groundcover. We’ll also see lots of moss and lichens and many small forbs, including giant rattlesnake plantain (Goodyera oblongifolia). The walk will be approximately 2 miles in total distance, moderately difficult, with some sand and elevation.
