Field Trip: Hobart’s Bluff
Leader: Rachel Werling
Hobart’s Bluff Trail is a gorgeous and accessible way into the Cascade Siskiyou National
Monument and features the beautiful botanical diversity for which our region is known.
The route follows the Pacific Crest Trail, meandering through meadows and woodlands
and along ridges, culminating with a stunning panoramic view of the Bear Creek Valley.
The hike will be three miles altogether, with our end point at an elevation of 5,502 feet.
Most of the trail is fairly level, but the last half mile climbs about 200 feet to the bluff
and overlook. Register here with Eventbrite.
