Join Beaver Works Oregon and Mara Huang of NPSO to explore the natural history and identification of wetland plants and beaver signs! This BioBlitz will involve instructor-led group identification with iNaturalist, self-guided practice, and discussion. If you have muck boots, you may want to wear them. Participants will become familiar with the power of community science and leave with an understanding of how the plants and evidence of animal habitat use can tell a story about ecosystem health. Meet at Tetherow Crossing Park in Redmond at 9:00 am.
