Parking: The Surfsand Resort parking lot is across from the lobby (overnight guests park in front of their rooms). Public parking is on the southeast corner of Gower and Hemlock Streets.

Friday
2 - 6 p.m.		Registration and social time with no-host bar; appetizers served 4-6 p.m.	Surfsand Haystack Garden (north side of Gower Street, just east of the corner of Gower and Hemlock Streets)
Noon to 3 p.m.		Field trip to Ecola Creek Forest Reserve	Meet trip leaders in Public Parking Lot at 11:30 a.m. for noon departure.
Dinner is on your own (see links to restaurants on meeting website)
Saturday
Breakfast is on your own (note: most restaurants in Cannon Beach do not open before 8 a.m.; the Cannon Beach Bakery and Pig-N-Pancake open at 7 a.m.; Bella Espresso opens at 7:30 a.m.)
7:30 - 8 a.m.		Late registration; box lunches available for pick-up	Surfsand Haystack Garden
8 a.m. - 4 p.m.		Field trips to various locations	Meet group leaders in the Public parking lot at 8 a.m. Arrange carpooling and depart by 8:30 a.m. Return to Cannon Beach by 4 p.m. Afternoon trips meet at 12:30 for 1 p.m. departure.
4 - 6 p.m.		Social time, vendor displays, no-host bar	Surfsand Ballroom
6 - 9 p.m.		Buffet banquet with no-host bar; program: short business meeting; presentation by ecologist Kathleen Sayce	Surfsand Ballroom
Sunday
Breakfast is on your own (continental breakfast will be served to those attending the State Board meeting).
8:30 a.m. - noon		State Board meeting	Surfsand Haystack Garden
9 a.m. - noon		Field trip to Cape Falcon in Oswald West State Park	Meet trip leaders in Public Parking Lot at 8:30 a.m. for 9 a.m. departure
